We’re excited to announce that Matthew Ford will coach our Under 18 squad in 2026.

Matt brings a proven record of success, having guided multiple youth teams to championship titles. His coaching is grounded in clear pathways, strong development principles, and a mindset-first approach that helps players grow with confidence and purpose.
With experience as a youth worker in educational settings, he knows how to build inclusive, positive environments where every player feels supported and connected. He’s passionate about developing not only capable footballers, but well-rounded young people.

On the pitch, he emphasises strong fundamentals, clear team values, and a high-pressure, possession-focused style of play. Matt is looking forward to reconnecting with players and continuing to guide their development both on and off the field.
